Before I started the program with Camilla, my biggest challenges were obesity and lack of energy. I also always gained weight again when I had finally managed to lose weight, so thoughts like: "What's the point?", Had started to come.
In the process, I have taken greater ownership than before of my own choice. I MUST not eat chocolate, but through the techniques and what I have learned, I can choose to eat it or not. I also notice that I have become slimmer in that clothes that I did not get into before, have actually become in the largest team.
I aim to lose 20 kilos and I am almost halfway already🙂 I have realized that I can only start doing what I want to do "when I get slim". There is nothing to wait for.
I have better eating routines than before. And I do more of the things I want and expect from myself. I now have control over the situation. It is my choice that I will lose weight, and all the small choices I make determine the pace at which it happens.
I have also benefited greatly from being able to make these changes and at the same time get enough food. I have rarely felt hungry. The mental focus in the program has also been incredibly useful - that I now understand how the brain works and can use the tools so that I get where I want.
Before I started, I was worried that this would be another "cure" in the series of yo-yo diets - so I could be wrong!
To others who are considering working with Camilla, I would say that this is something completely different than you are used to. If you feel that you have tried most things in dieting and dieting without completely reaching your goal and being satisfied, then you should consider Wholehearted Transformation with Camilla. She has helped me break eating patterns, become aware of the choices I make around food intake and much more.
