When I came to Camilla, I was in a place in life where I did not recognize myself. I had not thought about what I wanted out of my life for many years, and I had lost myself completely. All focus had been on the children and what was best for them, in a very destructive family situation.

I had stopped laughing, I was not happy, I just existed, and at the same time the weight had gone up and up, with bad habits, snacking, and overeating in the evenings.

.

When I started working with Camilla, it was a process that required a lot of time and effort in a busy everyday life, but I noticed great improvements in how I felt very early. Therefore, it was easy to prioritize this and carry out the work. 

.

During the process, there have been an incredible number of positive changes:

  • I have completely stopped snacking on emotions, I stopped doing that already after the first week.
  • Everything I learned along the way has been a great help in my life in general
  • I have clear goals for what I want in my life and how everyday life should be
  • I am much happier, have peace of mind and am better at being aware of myself and doing things that make me feel good
  • I like the person I am now, I am finally the person I really always have been
  • I have found that I love to start the day with a workout, and exercise at least 5-6 days a week
  • I have lost 5 kilos since I stopped overeating in the evenings
  • I have stopped my negative thoughts
  • I eat very healthy, cook food I like and have gotten into good routines at meals
  • I have opened up to new people and gone on dates (after 25 years), and it has gone so well when you feel safe in yourself

I am a completely different person, I feel good about myself, I feel healthy and obvious due to the food and exercise. I have started to cut down on medicine from depression after 5 years and it is going well. I feel a calm in my body and head I have not had before. I have even received comments from a couple of colleagues that I shine during the day.

The children have also noticed big changes - I do not get easily annoyed by small things anymore - rather think about everything they are good at.

I undoubtedly make better choices when it comes to food - have never had so many vegetables in the fridge. I have good routines when it comes to food and exercise that are completely automatic.

The conversations with Camilla were always very helpful. It only helps to talk things through with another person (especially someone as good as Camilla). 

.

It was unexpected for me at first - thought there would be a lot of pondering and talking about what had been, but now see that it will have been to go completely against the principles and been a waste of time in our work.

It was a big investment and a lot of money for me - but after the conversation with Camilla I felt that this was something completely different and took the chance - something I have not regretted for a second. It was a big step, but I was prepared to give it a lot of time and energy to get the most out of it.

.

The 8 weeks with Camilla have been the best investment of my life! For many years I had just existed, been unhappy and felt stuck in my life. The entrance to this was to stop overeating - but that was not the most important thing I got out of this - overeating very quickly becomes insignificant when I started looking at the big picture with the help of Camilla! Now I have a clear picture of what I want out of life, I notice that I enjoy so much in everyday life now, I feel safe, have peace of mind and body, am happy and look forward to the future.

Camilla was there next to me all the way, pushing me when I needed it and encouraging me when I needed it - this required a lot of work and effort and honesty from myself, but that's what it takes to change my life. When I read what I wrote at the beginning about how I felt and thought, I do not recognize myself. Little by little, I have gained tools to take control of life, form good routines with exercise and food, master thinking positively in everyday life - and have faith that I am strong enough to handle all of the adversity that arises in the future without losing myself again.

Just want to say thank you to you Camilla once again - the work you do here is absolutely fantastic - you give other people the opportunity for a better life - I will never forget the 8 weeks we worked together.
